Welcome to Scouts!
Join Scouts for fun, action, adventure, self-reliance, exploration and challenge.
The Scouts world is an explosion of action and challenge. Scouts are taught to be self reliant, accept leadership and learn to work together in a team. Activities include Rock climbing, camping, performing arts, Jamborees hiking, canoeing.. the list goes on! Jump over to the
Scouts SA website to learn more about Scouts and what is can offer you!
The Scouts work together in small groups called Patrols under the leadership of a Patrol Leader who is an older and more experienced Scout.
When your child goes to visit Scouts for the first time they will be introduced to a Patrol leader who will take them under their wing and take care of them, making sure to explain things as the night goes along and introduce them to the other Scouts in the Troop. By the end of the night your child will be well on the way to feeling comfortable and making friends!
We hope that you come along and try Scouts soon, just give the John Clarke a call on 0410 402 123 and make sure we are 'at home' and we can make sure that there will be someone there who can answer all your questions, we look forward to seeing you soon!
